Do I need to show my face, post content, or have an audience?

No. No face, no content, no audience. The sites bring the leads. You pass them on by email.

How much time does it take me?

Very little. Fill in one 10 minute form at the start, then wait for the sites to rank. When leads come in, it takes a few minutes to pass each one on.

Do I have to get on calls?

No. Everything happens by email. You'll get a recorded walkthrough of your sites to watch when it suits you.

What else will I pay for?

Just your domains to start: about $15 each a year, so about $450 for all 30. They're in your name. That's it. My research tools, the forms and the hosting are on me.

Later, once a site starts getting leads, you can give it its own phone number for $3 a month, so you catch calls too. You only add a number to the sites that are working. Until then, the forms catch the leads.

Do I need any software, accounts or keys?

Only a Porkbun account for your domains, so they're in your name. The onboarding form shows you how, step by step. I use my own research tools and agents, and I host the sites.

When will I get leads?

New sites take time to rank, so I can't promise a date. My first lead came 7 weeks after my first site. If your sites haven't brought in a lead by week 12, I'll review and fix them until they do.

Who buys the leads?

Local businesses in your market that want the work: the trades your sites are about. You get my ready-made emails to offer them your first lead.
